Dr. Joe Osteen, Regional Director
Joe is a graduate of UT Tyler (BBA Marketing), Dallas Baptist University (MA Christian Education), and DBU (Doctorate in Leadership). He has been married to his wife, Rachael, for 19 years and has four children (Abigail, Daniel, Lydia, and Mary). He has been on the BSM staff since 2004. Joe coordinates Beach Reach, Reach the Campus Reach the World, and is a leader for BSM across the state.
Amber Brommers, Director
Amber is a graduate of UT Arlington (BBA Management) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (MA Discipleship). She has served at UT Tyler since 2018. She married her best friend Ian in November of 2023! Amber is passionate about discipleship, evangelism, and missions.
Aiden Cline, Coordinator
Aiden is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2024(BS Social Science). This is her second year on staff. She marries her husband Jacob in June of 2025! Aiden is passionate about connecting cross-culturally with students in Tyler. She coordinates our worship, media, and international student connections.
LANDON NELSON, Campus MISSIONARY
Landon is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2025. This is his first year on staff. Landon is passionate about discipleship with guys and connecting over sports. He coordinates Renew on Thursday Nights and discipleship with guys at UT Tyler.
Kennie adams, Campus MISSIONARY
Kennie is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2024. This is second year on staff. Kennie is passionate about serving the local community. She coordinates outreach efforts at UT Tyler and free lunch at TJC BSM.
AJ Arrington, Campus MISSIONARY
AJ is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2025. This is his first year on staff. AJ is passionate about worship and discipleship with guys. He coordinates outreach at UT Tyler and TJC. He and Landon both love disc golf.
Mary Ehrman, Campus MISSIONARY
Mary is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2025. This is her first year on staff. Mary is passionate about connecting with new students and reaching out to people who are curious about Jesus. She coordinates outreach efforts, discipleship, and Connect Thursday’s at TJC BSM.
Harlie Lansford, Ministry Assistant
Harlie is a graduate of TJC Class of 2023 (AA in Psychology) & UT Tyler Class of 2024 (BAAS in Human Behavior). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UT Tyler. Harlie supports this ministry through administrative work.
