Welcome to the BSM!

The BSM is a welcoming and sincere Christian community at UT Tyler. It is a place to grow closer to God, make amazing friends, and impact our campus! We believe that our lives should be lived in a constant state of going out to tell others about Jesus and coming in together to grow and be encouraged. Our hope is to do that together at UT Tyler! There is a place for you here! Our home base is the BSM building where there are activities and hanging out every week. From there we move on campus to pray, study the bible, and reach our friends. There’s everything from large group gatherings on Thursdays, to small groups throughout the week, to campouts and mission trips!

RENEW

Starting January 17, 6pm.

Renew is a time of community and encouragement. Every Thursday night, starting January 17 at 6pm, UT Tyler students gather at the BSM for a time of community, worship, and bible study. The evening starts with a free dinner provided by local churches.  After hanging out, eating, and getting to know those at your table, a topic for bible study is introduced and students divide into family groups for discussion. .

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Romans 12:2
