If you are looking for more information about the leadership team you’re in the right spot! This page will contain resources and all the answers to your questions regarding leadership!

Leadership at the BSM is a place for students to learn what it means to grow deeper in their faith. This is done through evangelism, time in the word, prayer, and leading bible studies.

Still not sure about leadership? Let us clarify some questions:

I’m not qualified

  • We are not choice – we are chosen. God doesn’t expect us to be able to do it all in our power. That’s why He gave us the Holy Spirit!

  • 2 Corinthians 3:4-6

I don’t know enough

  • If you are saved, you know enough! Jesus didn’t call the most intellectual people or those with all the answers. Jesus called common people to see his Kingdom come!

  • Acts 4:13

I’m not outgoing

  • Being extroverted is not a requirement to make an impact. God uses all personalities to meet people where they’re at. Awkward conversations change lives!

  • Exodus 4: 10-12

I don’t have time

  • It’s true that as college students we live busy lives - schoolwork, jobs, relationships. You may not be able to dedicate infinite hours weekly, but you do have time to share the greatest news with those around you.

  • Ephesians 5:15-17

I’m not a leader

  • When you picture a leader, you may picture someone who is in front of a crowd or standing with a podium. A leader can be characterized not by their status, but by the influence they make. This means that by our definition, you are a leader! The Bible describes a leader as someone who is humble, loving, and a servant; so we should strive to be the same.

  • Luke 22:24-27
